Good decisions start with the numbers

Know what you receive.
Know what you owe.

A factor rate describes the purchased amount as a multiple of the advance. It is not an interest rate or an APR. Fees and collection timing can materially affect the cost.

✓ Check the net amount actually deposited.
✓ Consider daily or weekly cash-flow impact.
✓ Ask how reconciliation works under the contract.
✓ Compare guarantees, security interests, and alternatives.

Total purchased amount$65,000
Difference before any fees$15,000
If collected over 130 business days$500 / day

Simplified arithmetic using a hypothetical fixed schedule. Assumes no fees and no revenue adjustment. Actual net proceeds, payment structure, collection period, total cost, and required legal disclosures depend on the provider and agreement. This does not calculate APR or predict an offer.

How does a merchant cash advance work?

An MCA is generally structured as a purchase of future business receivables. Your business receives an upfront amount and agrees to remit a larger purchased amount. Collection may be daily or weekly. The actual legal treatment depends on the transaction, and any reconciliation rights depend on the contract.

Is Vantage Founding the company providing the money?

Vantage Founding is a commercial financing broker connecting businesses with third-party funding providers. We do not make the funding decision. We receive compensation from providers when a transaction funds; review any separate broker fee disclosed for your transaction.

What documents should I have ready?

Prepare the most recent 3–4 complete monthly business bank statements, including all pages, and a clear government-issued photo ID for the required owner. Depending on underwriting, a provider may also request proof of business ownership, a voided business check, processing statements, current financing statements, tax returns, or financial statements.

What should I consider before accepting an offer?

Compare the net proceeds, total purchased amount, fees, expected collection period, and remittance frequency. Review any personal guarantee, UCC security interest, default terms, reconciliation process, and prepayment treatment. Test the payment against your ordinary expenses and lower-revenue periods. Bank loans, credit lines, or other products may be a better fit.

Does applying guarantee approval or a particular amount?

No. Providers determine eligibility, amount, pricing, and timing after reviewing your business. The requested amount selector is an expression of interest, not an available or approved offer. Availability depends on the provider, industry, location, and business profile.

Does the initial application authorize a bank debit or credit pull?

No. Our initial application does not itself authorize an ACH debit or credit inquiry. If a provider needs a credit check or other authorization, it must be obtained separately through the applicable process.
