KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
Team snapshot.
Rep commissions use broker revenue actually received and each deal’s saved split. “Record full chargeback” reverses the deal’s entire recorded broker fee for net reporting and reverses the full rep commission. Paid history and paid adjustments for review stay separate. A paid adjustment requires review under the final compensation agreement; it does not establish a legal debt. Partial chargebacks and recording completed cash adjustments are not supported yet.
YOUR AUDIT TRAIL
The commission ledger.
Compare your own recorded results before scaling a lead source. Net broker revenue deducts full broker-fee chargebacks from historical gross receipts. Contribution then deducts commissions still earned and recorded lead costs, before other business expenses. Paid adjustments for review are tracked separately; this contribution figure is not a cash-balance report. Partial chargebacks are not supported yet.

ONE TEAM, CLEAR NUMBERS
Performance with perspective.
THE RIGHT PEOPLE. THE RIGHT ACCESS.
Manage your team.
Callers and qualifiers see only their assigned leads. Salespeople and closers work with assigned applications and commissions. Administrators manage business records, financial approvals and team access. The owner account is protected.
A CLEAR AGREEMENT
Set the commission rules.
Clear inputs.
Clear earnings.
Deal-specific splits are saved when the deal is created. Later rule changes apply to new deals. Document compensation terms and chargeback rules in each representative’s agreement.
Revenue reversals create negative ledger adjustments; they do not silently erase payout history.
